East Delph Lakes is a wonderfully mature fishery surrounded by silver birch, poplars, magnificent willows, a host of marginal plants and abundant wildlife. The original stock of carp are old, dark and characterful. In 2014, under new ownership, the highest quality young English fish were introduced and their growing fast.
The fishery is very private and secure; you will not see anyone else other than those booked to fish that day and your car is safe behind locked gates. Angler numbers are strictly limited on each lake guaranteeing a decent amount of water to fish. Run by carp anglers for carp anglers; the lakes have all the hallmarks of a country retreat.
Facilities include a clean compost toilet, fast 4g internet connection, wheelbarrow/bbq loan and a good choice of takeaway food delivered to gate. Quality bait is available on site at reasonable prices. For reasons of biosecurity landing nets, weigh slings and unhooking mats are supplied by the fishery.
