East Delph Lakes, established in 1994, is a wonderfully mature fishery set well back from the road and surrounded by silver birch, poplars, magnificent weeping willows, a host of marginal plants and abundant wildlife.  The original carp are old, scaly, characterful and dark.  Under new ownership stocks have recently been enhanced with the highest-quality English carp with proven heritage.  “It feels like something exciting is brewing,”. Thom Airs (editor of UK Carp), 2015

At East Delph Lakes anglers are looked after.  Expect to be offered a guided tour on your first visit, during every following visit the aim is to give the angler as much help and information as possible. Your car/tackle is safe behind locked gates, the toilet clean, wheelbarrows/BBQ available to borrow, excellent takeaway food is available, quality pellets sold on site and 4G internet reliable. “The lakes have all the hallmarks of a country retreat,”  Dr Bruno Broughton. “East Delph Lakes is a very special place indeed, beautifully mature and home to some stunning looking carp.  The lake is very private and a proper little piece of intimate carp-angling joy.  It’s definitely a place where you would want to spend some time angling in idyllic surroundings”  Crafty Carper

"I would recommend East Delph Lake’s in a heartbeat, it is a beautiful place to spend time and the fishing is even better." Mark Parker (Improve Your Coarse Fishing features editor)
